The rooms were clean, ate at the diner and it was good as well, and a fair price. When I asked if this happens often I was again told "when you keep it by your phone" the last time it quit working I threw it in the garbage and left the casino floor. EVERY TIME I took it to the counter to have it replaced I was not greeted but ushered to the counter by a snotty associate who told me I had deactivated it with my phone. My players card had to be replaced 3 times due to it not working. He was given $10 on his players card for his 18th birthday. Also the pool and hot tub were closed we were notified 1 week after we booked, no comps offered, no cheaper rate, nothing at all offered. Upon us mentioning it being a Monday night they transferred us to a supervisor Denny who promptly took care of our request. We were told they couldn't do that because we booked online. ![]() On our way to the hotel we called to see if we could have our rooms next to each other. ![]() We booked our hotel stay on, we have a family of 5 and my in-laws also booked a room. We were celebrating our sons 18th birthday.
